LALIGA WEEKEND PICSPAM: ONLY MY TEAMS

This was not a good weekend again for my teams.

Real Madrid is firmly in first place now, and I don't think they are in danger of slipping.
Osasuna beat Barcelona, Atleti only tied again, another scoreless draw, not good for Falcao's Pichichi chances, Athletic should NOT have lost to Real Betis, and Sevilla seems to be in freefall, but Real Sociedad is well above the drop zone. So all is not horrible, and there is still some time left to right things, but still...I am left with some sort of uneasy feeling. :(

Saturday, Feb. 11th
Racing Santander 0-0 Atletico Madrid (Atleti is in 6th place)
Real Betis 2-1 Athletic Club Bilbao (Athletic is in 9th)
Osasuna 3-2 Barcelona (Osasuna's in 8th and Barca is 2nd)

Monday, Feb. 13th
Real Sociedad 2-0 Sevilla (Real Sociedad is in 11th place and Sevilla is 13th)

Even though the odds are truly in Real Madrid's favour to win La Liga this season thanks to that Barcelona loss, it still seems tainted if RM cannot defeat Barcelona in a one-on-one match up. I trust RM will still bring their A game to the final Clasico this season and not just sit back and rest on their laurels.

Good point! I am also not too excited or enthralled by Real Madrid's season so far either, simply because they cannot seem to beat Barcelona. And until they can do that, it is still questionable whether RM is the best team in the league. At least it is for me. ;)
