AAAAAARRRRGGGGHHH!!!

This was CLEARLY NOT my weekend for football.

My team Schalke04, LOST to up-and-coming Borussia Moenchengladbach, and while I kind of like these upstarts, I am just feeling, well.....a bit down. Not to mention Benni is still wearing a mask, and I don't know.

Anyway, the top four now are:

1. Borussia Dortmund - 46 points
2. Bayern Munich - 44 points
3. Borussia Moenchengladbach - 43 points
4. Schalke04 - 41 points

We have Dortmund over on Saturday. *sigh* I love to think back to the first leg of the season when we kicked their asses in their homebase. Not very likely gonna happen this time around, they'll wipe the pitch with us.

I mean, we got our clock cleaned in Stuttgart, lost Andreas Ottl due to a very stupid foul which means he is now ruled out for three matches (don't mind that, as I don't like him, anyway, but it WAS a stupid thing to do), and there is that whole manager fiasco. *narf*

But then again, without chaos, Hertha BSC would not be Hertha BSC! :)

And Matip's face there totally summarizes the game. it SUCKED, and not just because of the result and the points, but because of how they played! They got their free day canceled (they usually have Mondays off) and Stevens yelled at them; told them they need to stand together tighter and talk to each other more.

Hahahaha! I just LOVED the pic of Papadopoulos and Unnerstall, but the best thing about it was the look on Matip's face! XDDDD

They didn't show the match here. At first I was really upset about it because I couldn't use the comp to watch it online, but after I saw the result I was glad I didn't see it. :((((((((((((

I don't know why Pizarro sat out. Hope he's not injured again. :(

2. The hotel sawed the beds in half, because they only had King size beds & the team needed rooms with 2 single beds
3. Fuchs and Papadopoulos snuck into the press dinner room and smuggled food out

2. It was SO bozarre. XD ... Oddly enough, according to the media reports [google-translated article], previous to arriving, Schalke had asked for the two single beds, and when told the hotel didn't have (enough?), they told them to ether buy some or separate them; otherwise the team wouldn't be able to stay there... and the "hotel opted for the cheaper alternative," sawing them. o.O I honestly don't see how that's cheaper... wouldn't they have to replace them later? o.O
