What a match! Both Colombia and France played like senior teams, and the home team won convincingly with some brilliant plays and incredible defending.
End score: Colombia 4 - 1 France. :)
Here's a picspam.
The Colombian side celebrates with some salsa dancing.

Colombian fans.

The match took place in Bogota, at El Campin.

The boys come out to the ovation from their fans.

Match pics.
France are a good team, the oldest in the tournament, and one of the biggest. They played well, but could not overpower the extremely dangerous Colombians.

I LOVE this guy, #13, Juan David Cabezas.

Antoine Griezman, #11 for France, is one of their 'stars'. And the boy chasing him, #4 for Colombia, Santiago Arias, is one of the cafeteros' most valuable players.

And #10 for Colombia, James Rodriguez, is arguably their best player.

France scored first.

But James responded with a goal of his own from the penalty spot.

Luis Muriel scored two on the night. (Santiago Arias scored the other one, and James Rodriguez had another chance from the penalty spot, but it was saved.)

The teeeeeeeammmmm....

I'll post some pics from the other matches later. I was just so excited to do this one right away. XD
