COPA LIBERTADORES QUARTER FINALS

The Copa Libertadores quarter finals took place last week. The results on aggregate:

Santos 4 - 1 Once Caldas
Libertad 0 - 6 Velez Sarsfield
Universidad de Catolica 3 - 3 Penarol
Cerro Porteno 4 - 1 Jaguares

One thing I don't understand is why Santos is considered the favourite to win. Based on results, 4-1 was impressive over Once Caldas, but Velez Sarsfield's result was 6-0. Not only more goals scored, but they also kept a clean sheet, even in the away match, something Santos could not manage. Is it because Santos won their local tournament? Argentina's Clausura is not yet over, but Velez sits in the top spot, and that amid accusations from a former referee that the Argentina league is corrupted and games are fixed. For sure Velez would not be the "favourite" team to win the league, not being one of the "Big Five". Anyway, just my two cents. It mystifies me how they can justify these predictions.

Just downloaded the match and will watch it! Was following my boys on live score (Marta is lovely, she had her laptop with her in Cardiff)

I downloaded the match with shit italian comment. But better than nothing!

Sometimes idiotic sources write the matches and the resultl wrong!
First match: Vélez 3 - 0 Libertad and second match Libertad 2 - 4 Vélez! Some idiots will never write the right form! Some wrote for the first match Libertad lost 0 - 3 vs Vélez! THATS! FUCKING WRONG AND I HATE THIS IDIOTS!!! When they write it this way all people will think the first match was played at Libertad stadium! Maybe I'm a bit too pedantic but my way to write results is the right way!

When I saw Vélez scored I was all hyper.
