I AM A GRANDMA!!!

THIS IS JOSEPH.

Well, MOST of the rest of the family! I just realized my husband and 7-year-old Sean were left out of this set of photos! *fail*

First, this is Olivia when she was pregnant with Joseph.





Joseph Gregory was born Tuesday, July 27, 2010. He weighed 8 lbs. 8 oz. at birth and was 54 cm long (which is really long). LOL. When I first saw him he was RED. Like, bright red, and he still is! And he has really long arms and legs. And big feet! LOL.

Thanks! Well, he is very active, so who knows? LOL. We are an athletic family. His mom played top-level softball, his dad is a fitness instructor and his uncle (my son Jamie) is almost 6'5" and plays NFL-style football, baseball and basketball! I always thought he would have made a great goalkeeper! XDDD

Thanks! It's a bit hard to get my head round the "grandma" thing. Well, not really, I think it's just the name, not how I feel! LOL. I figure as long as I can keep lusting after the footballer hotties, I'm not that old! LMAO.

Yeah, well, Olivia was the one who said she never wanted kids! Go figure! LOL.

Joseph is a real cutie and already has a major attitude. You can see he wants to be in charge, so that will have to be taken care of. LOL.♥

AAAAA, I can't believe I never commented on this! Sorry for the incredible lateness, but CONGRATULATIONS!!! Was Olivia pregnant already when you ladies visited me last year? I hope this question isn't impertinent, but my mum actually asked it when I told her that you had become a grandma. LOL, I still can't really believe you're a grandma! :D Anyway, all the best for you and your family, and give Olivia a big hug from me (and sorry again for the lateness). :D

THANKS! Er, no, Bill, Olivia wasn't pregnant when we visited you last year. See, Olivia isn't an elephant. XD Since we visited you in April 2009 and she gave birth to Joseph in July 2010, she would have had to have been pregnant for 15-16 months (elephant pregnancy duration = 22 months, human = 9 months), so it would have been close to an elephant's duration. XDDDDD
