Date: 2010-06-17 05:27 pm (UTC)The Spain pics are awesome. I see you, Javi! (Dude, I can't say how thrilled I am to see him at the World Cup. He deserves it so so much!) And on a very shallow note, I must say I'm glad that Torres decided to cut his hair. ;)
Aw, those pics of Cabañas! He must be gutted not to be at the World Cup! (But I think that Barrios and Valdez are doing a good job without him!) CuauhtĂ©moc Blanco looks like he's 50 or something. O__O
Thanks for sharing these awesome pics! :)

Date: 2010-06-17 11:21 pm (UTC)Memo didn't have a good season with Club America and I think Oscar Perez might be the best choice. So far he's been fine.
I hope Javi Martinez gets a chance to play! I'm worried now because Spain MUST win their last two matches so the subs probably won't get on the pitch! It sucks...
I think Cabanas feels lucky to be alive and has accepted that he may not be able to play football again at all... :(
OMG, I think Barrios is the most awesome player! He made a very intelligent choice, IMO, to play for Paraguay instead of taking a chance with Argentina! I've heard him interviewed on TV and he does seem very, very smart.
LOL @ Cuauh. (Which is what they call Blanco for short.XD) Did you see him take that penalty today? He might be 37 and slow as a tortuga but I was never in doubt he was going to score! The guy is pretty amazing.
You're welcome!:)
