All I'm saying is the Urus are just as good as any other team. However, the more I thought about the qualifiers, the more I think they were fixed. Argentina and Portugal had to get in, no matter how bad they were. Because it is imperative that both Messi and CR-9 are playing at the WC. The bosses, the 'old men' would never allow that not to happen. So some people had to be paid off to let them win their final games. Whether it was refs or the other teams or both, something happened. And it was weird that both teams made it when last spring it sure looked like neither of them would. Something smells really fishy about the last few months of qualifying. There was just something not quite right about things. I feel it now that I look back.
So I don't know about the WC itself. Of course it can be fixed so that nobody will find out. Everyone who is paid off just has to keep their mouths shut and I suppose there is enough money involved to ensure that they will.
Because of this, now I know the best teams may not advance in the way that I think they should. I don't know where the Urus stand in all this, but I imagine they do not have enough pull. So we will wait and see what happens. And buy a lot of shit that will line the pockets of the FIFA assholes. I know that I want a Uru kit and scarf.
I always loved the Urus! I hope Sebastián Abreu will play there and I would be so happy for him if his dream will be come true!
I hate all the drawings. I hate it with all my heart! For me it would be much better put ALL teams in ONE pot and draw. Okay that can be very shitty but for me it would be more fair. Sure then we can have a group with ALL favs in the first rund and another group with all the underdogs. But it would be fair! Nobody could say it would be fixed! But there is MONEY! Every group has to have a fav team because these matches are magnets for the visitors. Nobody wants to watch Korea vs Korea *LOL* I guess you understand my idea.
