OMG, Bolatti! The face was a bit familiar and the fact the pic sites labelled him as Martin Palermo just threw me right off! Has he cut his hair? I wonder if sweet, adorable Pastore misses Buenos Aires?

Almost ALL the pics were of Lavezzi! He seemed to be the 'boss' on the pitch! (I didn't see the game so I can only guess.) Were Papa and Otamendi the only Velez guys? How about my sweet bb Pastore? He scored a goal but the fuckers didn't take any pics of it! Angel Di Maria is always great! (BenfEEEEEca!!!!!)

Lavezzi was really good! He gave all but he was unlucky like the others.
Pastore was better than the most.
Gago was OMG! I'm sad... it was not his match.
Hey, not all Vélez players are in the NT! Thanks god!
And without Otamendi they got the goals....... and papa.... I don't know he was not really fitting the team like it played.

I think Lavezzi is too good for Italy and is wasted in a club like Napoli! Seriously, the city is like a garbage dump and a talent like his should be showcased somewhere better!

Thanks for the pics! I had recorded the match and watched it last night. Only 3 or 4 very brief sightings of Gago during the match, poor guy was pretty invisible except for one ambitious run thru the midfield where he ended up being fouled :(

Argentina shoulda/coulda had two penalties but their defense was pretty much a shambles so I guess Cataluyna deserved the win...

You're welcome! I wish I could have seen the match! They didn't show it here. Poor Gago needs more playing time, that's the only problem he has, I'm sure.

Hahaha. I guess defense is not Argentina's forte. Catalunya is a pretty tough team to beat, considering a lot of them seem to come from Barcelona!
