He doesn't want to play in the next round? (Do you mean the playoffs? I think that is what they are calling the next round of qualifiers.) Or the 'final eliminators' since after this four teams will be eliminated.

But Sheva would have to play! Without him they would be weakened! I am sure he meant that he will play but that he would rather not, and that he would rather have come first in their previous group and automatically qualified!
