BEST PICS OF THE WEEK PICSPAM

Over the past week I found so many fantastic photos that it was difficult to pick only about 40 or so! Here are some terrific pics then, of my favourite players from my favourite teams all over Europe. (The pics from Argentina will be posted on my comm
hot_argie_love shortly.)
First, here is Benfica's eagle mascot, Vitoria, who hails from the same place I do!!! I was thrilled to find her pic because I stood next to her at the Estadio da Luz and had my picture taken with her too, back in September!

Here is Rui Costa of Benfica, fending off Celestini of Getafe in their UEFA Cup match.

This is Miguel Veloso of Sporting Lisbon, Benfica's crosstown rivals, displaying some tasty shorts tuckage.

To the Bundesliga. How cute is Manuel Friedrich comforting Rene Adler of Bayer Leverkusen?

Poor Rene had taken a kick to the "family jewels" which shook him up a bit.

Here is Olli Kahn exchanging shirts with an extremely tasty Christian Eichner. Should I be paying more attention to teams like Karlsruher and Duisberg?

This is Fernando Santos of Duisberg, wearing an interesting eye cover.

Here we have Duisberg's Blagoy Georgiev looking as if he's trying to sway the ref. I know that if I were the ref, I'd do anything he wanted me to. XD

Isn't this a fantastic shot of Mario Gomez of Stuttgart?

Here is Serdar Tasci, as Stuttgart defeat Werder Bremen. I am so excited that Stuttie has done so well, winning their last couple of games. I still can't believe they now sit in 4th place in the league, having started the season so terribly!

Now for Schalke. *squeeeeee*

I'm squeeeing because Levan Kobiashvili was the cutest I've ever seen him in this game! And I just love the orange jerseys! Levan looks so good in orange, dontcha think???

LOLLLL. Levan's leg!

LOLLLLLLLLL. Levan's hair!

LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLL. Levan's face! Sorry, I just love Levan so much! I love any player who puts such heart & soul into the games!

Moving on again to Bayern. Here's Luca Toni vs that cute Christian Eichner of a previous photo. Love the hairporn here.

Hamit Altintop vs Joshua Kennedy. They look almost like they're dancing a ballet.

Here's my adorable Bayer Leverkusen again. Tranquillo Barnetta celebrating his goal.

Bernd Schneider. Love his hair and love the stretch on his opponent, Christian Schulz.

I love Marko Pantelic's girlishness. Too bad I didn't see this game. What was that about Marko getting a wrongly-given red card?

Moving on to Italy, here is Ezequiel Lavezzi of Napoli vs Cicinho of Roma.

I thought Hernan Crespo of Inter looked quite fetching holding onto the net this way.

Let's go to Spain and Real Madrid. Here's Guti controlling the ball.

Gonzalo trying to get a touch.

Gonzalo running with ball.

Gonzalo scores - no problem.

Tasty Espanyol players celebrate their goal. (Espanyol is my second-favourite team in La Liga.)

Moving onto England. I couldn't resist showing some pics of Barnsley, the giant-killers.

My God, but this fan is pretty.

Lastly, back to Portugal. My God, but FC Porto just keep on winning. (I still don't believe that they, as well as Real Madrid, are out of the Champions League. I just keep shaking my head over that.) Anyway, here is the incomparable Ricardo Quaresma holding the ball in my favourite way.

Here he is again, celebrating his goal. LOL. He's copying Zlatan.

Lucho Gonzalez, captain of Porto, who has just been called up to the Argie National Team where he will be the playmaker instead of Riquelme! (More on that later.)

And lastly, Porto celebrating once again.
