Here are some images from two games that took place yesterday. Canada vs Jamaica and El Salvador vs Costa Rica. Canada and El Salvador won their respective games.

A teaser:

This is Walter Centeno, Costa Rica's playmaker, in the red & blue.

Leo Gonzalez, Costa Rican defender. (Looks a lot like Lucho Gonzalez, the Argentine, IMO.) Leo has just transferred to Seattle Sounders FC in the MLS from Liberia of Costa Rica.

I love finding new hottie players!

(Makes notes on Walter Centeno, Leo Gonzalez and Alvaro Saborio.)

I am going to follow Costa Rica in the Gold Cup, as well as Mexico!

The trouble with the Gold Cup is that many players are playing in the MLS, which season is going on right now. So lots of players have decided to stay with their teams, and the NTs have to field new squads and give other players a chance. Sometimes it works out very well. We'll see how it goes for Canada but I don't have much hope! *shrugs*

Shit USA has always to be 'special shitty'! Why they cannot play like the Europeans? Do they really think they can do all better? Fuckers!

I don't know follow them or not... maybe the Mexicans, but they are playing like shit!

I've already told myself to prepare for the USA winning the Gold Cup this year. I wasn't even going to watch it, but then I thought I would because there isn't going to be much else on. And I can watch all the games except for theirs!

I so want the Mexicans to win, but like you said...they have been so shitty and now poor Omar Arellano is injured!

It would be so awesome if the Americans got so cocky that they fuck up. I want to watch the other teams to see if any look strong enough to beat the USA and make them eat crow. Costa Rica is a good team. Yesterday they fielded a team of subs, saving their best, which makes me think they are serious about trying to win this. Honduras as well, could be good, so I want to see their games too! *here's hoping*
(But not too much!) :(
Sometimes football is shitty and nothing goes right!

It's true about the USA. I am sick of hearing about how good they are on TV. One refreshing commentator pointed out all their previous stats which were so bad that I think he burst their bubble! LOL. It was great! I want some other team to beat them in this Gold Cup!

I just got back from the movies a little while ago and I was feeling fine, then I suddenly got sick - a stomach thing. Yuck. But I missed seeing River!

I hope you will be fine soon *huggels*

OMG! There are really people not worshipping the US team!

Thanks. It was something that happened very suddenly but I think I will be OK today. It is 7:30 AM here and I feel not too bad but I don't feel like eating. I have to take my 6-year-old to see Ice Age 3 today! I want to see it too! LOL.

Yes, it was wonderful that someone knowledgeable in the sports world actually picked the US team apart! I loved it!
