I've collected so many pics from today's action, plus a few from yesterday, that I thought I'd do a post today and another one tomorrow (if I have time). There were certainly some surprises in today's games, some good, some bad, but there were many GREAT pics! So here are my favourites. A teaser:
From the Bundesliga: Hertha Berlin players kiss.

More from Germany:
Mark Van Bommel and Lucas Podolski get rather close on the bench.

Luca Toni celebrating.

Luca vs Pedro Geromel of Cologne. Geromel used to play in Portugal last year. He's good!

Kuranyi of Schalke vs Hajnal of Dortmund.

Bordon of Schalke. *I'm rather speechless*

Tranquillo Barnetta vs Mladen Petric.

Paolo Guerrero and Thiago Neves celebrate.

Paolo Guerrero scores!

Sami Khedira of Stuttgart goes for a header.

Now for England.
Peter Crouch.

Stevie and Nando wait on the sideline.

Masche vs Tevez.

Carra vs Tevez.

Carra vs Berba.

Carra celebrates.

Albert Riera, Liverpool's new signing, was magnificent in today's game.

Here's Riera giving Wes Brown trouble.

Dimitar Berbatov officially signed for Man Utd. yesterday.

In Serie A, Ricardo Quaresma made his debut with Inter Milan.
(Okay, now I'm really speechless!)

Zlatan gets off a shot.

Edison Cavani for Palermo.

In Spain, Sergio Aguero tried to come in and win it for Atleti.

But Valladolid prevailed. this is Javier Baraja.

Sevilla had better luck against Sporting Gijon. Enzo Maresca scored.

In Scotland, Georgios Samaras played for Celtic.

Alberto Aquilani reacts.

Alberto with teammates.

And this was from an interview with Leo Messi after Argentina's last game, where basically he said "no pasa nada" - there is no crisis situation with the Argentine National Team.
Whatever, Leo.

OKAY, I DIDN'T POST ANY PICS FROM THE MAN CITY-CHELSEA GAME BECAUSE I HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET AND I DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE I WATCH THE REPEAT LATER TONIGHT.
