Thanks! I had to come up with a way for Aramel to be able to communicate with these people and thought about the necklace. He doesn't know what it is yet but he will eventually. ;)
Yes! The food has drug-like effects on people who are not used to it! This whole place is weird. ;)
Aramel is a fish out of water and yet he wants to know everything. It is a bit sad that he does forget about his friends a little bit. (But it is not all his fault--drugs will do that to a person.)
