So, LJ decided to make all entry pages and comment pages look like their ugly generic white and blue layout. Really ace for everyone who's spent ages making everything tie and look good.
Thankfully, they didn't hard-code it, and you can change it back in your control panel:
Go to http://www.livejournal.com/customize/options.bml and, under Basic, the third line says "Disable customized comment pages for your journal" ... set that back to "No", because LJ changed them all to "Yes."
