LOL. What I mean by 'opposites attract' is that while Spain readies itself for today's quarter-final game against Italy (and I am sure the tension in that dressing room is palpable), the German players are enjoying a relaxing day off at their hotel. Click below to see picspam of Spanish players training and German players taking it easy. LOL.
Spanish players involved in yesterday's training. Apparently the press were allowed in for only ten minutes and then they had to bugger off.

LOL. Mario Gomez and Kevin Kuranyi watch Schweini control the remote.

Per Mertesacker and others play video games.

Heiko Westermann and Marcell Janssen play pool.

Piotr Trochowski plays darts.

LOL. Here's my favourite. Philipp Lahm and Arne Friedrich play ping-pong.

LOL @ Philipp. Come on, quit fooling around!

LOL. That's a big chair! Jens Lehmann relaxes by the pool with his laptop.

Simon Rolfes reads a book by the pool.

Date: 2008-06-28 11:31 am (UTC)Type yahoo sports into your browser.
Click on soccer on the grey toolbar at the top of the page.
Once you're on the soccer page, scroll down to latest photos on the left of the page.
Click on gallery (below the pics).
Then you can page through the photos, or you can go to the Sports Search button at the top of the page, type in a specific name like David Silva or German National Team and at the bottom-right of the page that pops up, click on more. Then you'll get the first page of photos and you can page through them all.
Hope that's helpful. If you have trouble, contact me again.
