I forgot to post Question 3 yesterday, so here it is, along with Day 4's answer.
3. Which leagues/tournaments do I watch?
LEAGUES
On TV here I get all the EPL matches, some League Championship, La Liga, two or three Bundesliga games a week, Serie A, a game or two from Colombia, the Brasileirao and sometimes the Uruguayan league. But if I want to watch the Argentine or Mexican Primeras I have to watch them online. I don't really watch Serie A that much anymore. There is no time to watch everything...it's a bit too much as it is, so I pick and choose matches from all the leagues, according to my favourite teams.
TOURNAMENTS
I can wtch the Champions and Europa Leagues, as well as the Copa Libertadores on TV. By far, the Copa Lib is the most exciting and interesting tournament. I just love it because of the passion and colour.
The Champions League group stages are interesting because of the different teams that I would never get to see otherwise. But by the time it gets to the quarter-finals it seems like there are always the same teams in it. This year there were a few surprises, which made it more interesting.
The Copa Del Rey, FA Cup and Carling Cup are all tournaments I also watch.
4. What is your earliest football memory?
Years ago, a friend telling me that her dad had played for Hellas, the Greek National Team, and I was impressed, even though I didn't really know much about football at that time. But I began to watch the World Cups and I remember the 1998 WC very well. The first player that interested me was Francesco Totti. I also liked the 2002 Brazilian NT at that time. Then I fell in love with the Spanish NT in 2006 and so on...in 2010 it was the Uruguayans. In 2006 the TV stations here began to broaden their football coverage and add special sports packages in Pay TV format, so my football passion exploded.
