The Inter Tottenham game was crazy. I only was able to see the second half of it. It was a shame the Spurs didn't have more time. I really think they could have come back to at least get the draw.

Yes, what a game! I saw only the highlights but I hope they show the return leg. All Spurs matches are very exciting. It's the way they play - constant attack and use speedy wingers. It's too bad that ALL of their first team defenders are out injured, otherwise they'd be keeping more goals out. I couldn't understand why Roman Pavlyuchenko wasn't started, although perhaps he is being rested.

I was talking about this with a friend after the game - since Inter won the CL last season, they get to play the CL this season with the ball that they used for last season's final... but that ball looks way too clean to be the same one... so do they use balls LIKE it and not THE same ball? 'Cause imagine if it's THE ball and Bale's taking it home?? lol

Hahaha...that Cesc/Ref pic is very funny! It's like Cesc is asking to see the paperwork...XDDDD.

Gareth is one of those players who wipes the ball clean under his shirt. I guess because he usually takes the throw-ins. Unusual, because it's almost always the fullbacks who take them, but perhaps he is a stronger thrower than Assou-Ekotto. Anyway, perhaps that is why the ball looks so clean. :)
