Here we go again with the photos I thought were some of the best from over the past week of football. These do not include any of Real Madrid (except two of SerKer) or Bayern Munich, because there have been so many posted elsewhere. Or Argentine teams. First, here are Cesc and Flamini. Dammit!!! I am going to miss Flams at Arsenal. But I understand if he got a better deal at Milan. One has to think of one's family, etc.

Jorge Valdivia. What a smile!!! His team Palmeiras won the Brazilian league and he was named Most Valuable Player. The naughty Chilean has been called the best player in Brazil currently.

Zaragoza was one of my favourite teams last year. They were doing great but then the wheels fell off. Last week they managed to beat Deportivo La Coruna and get out of the relegation zone. I sure hope they can stay up, but I don't want Valencia going down either.
