PICSPAM TIME - SERIE A HOTTIES

Now that I am on the mend I need to post some picspams. An easy one to start with is the cute guys who play in Serie A, and/or players who make the matches worth watching at times.

Don't mind my pessimism, it's because too many of MY teams are not performing well lately, and it has confused/frustrated/angered me. :(

change of my username

I've changed the name of my journal to just_jenni from jennis_footie. I decided to do this because I'd like to incorporate my "other" personas into the one journal and just be "me" to everyone now.

When I first joined LJ I was involved in the Tolkien fandom. I wrote a lot of fanfic and was active on some of the other websites associated with the fandom. But in 2007 I went back to work full-time and was not able to keep up the same activity level as before. I also became a huge football (soccer) fan and got involved in several communities involving that fandom.

I've recently gotten back into the Tolkien fandom. It's something I've wanted to do for awhile now. So with March being 'Back to Middle Earth Month' or B2MEM (there is a community for this called b2mem I've jumped back in with both feet.

Of course I am still active in the football comms I belong to, and I have other interests as well, and I want to become a much more active poster about ALL the things I'm interested in.

So I hope all of you who are currently my friends will stick around. Nothing's changed. I haven't changed - it's still me, but from now on you'll be seeing 'more' of me. I don't usually post any of my fic here in this journal but I will from now on. I'll put everything under a cut, of course, so that those who are not interested in a particular thing can just skip over it. This is mostly a 'family-friendly' journal, but if I write anything that isn't, don't worry, I'll give plenty of warnings. Not likely to happen too often, but it's possible. ;)
