THE LOINCLOTH!

I don't know. There's just something about loincloths that fascinates me. I am always tempted to peek under the little flap of fabric and see what's underneath. XD

And here are some pics from the film 'Apocalypto' which features the loincloth prominently. Starring Rudy Youngblood as a Mayan native during the final years of their culture, it is an exciting, beautifully filmed movie that I highly recommend.



These are actual Embera natives from Panama, who still wear the loincloth.

I don't think this guy is wearing one. But I had to look very closely to make sure.
