Oh god, it was an anxiety-ridden night last night! While I love Argentina football, I am NOT a fan of this particular National Team! I am very disappointed in the selection.
However, since I 'branched out' and began watching Colombian football, I fell completely in love with it, and because I love supporting underdogs, I've been behind the NT for awhile now.
The Colombian team is MY TEAM for this tournament. While I was happy to see the boys play so well against the Argies, I was also a bit disappointed in their lack of goalscoring. But it's not like they don't try, at least!
Anyway, I am happy with this result. Colombia will go through, and Argentina is not completely out of it! That, for me, is the ideal result. :)
