aw i haven't even heard about that program. picnik is awesome&hearts many also use photoshop but http://www.pixlr.com/ does the job just as well :D if you want to try it out you might find textures useful - texturize is a comm for them. they have plenty of tags, say, for the header you'd need a medium sized texture. you can use them as backgrounds or make the layer transparent, or look for some more complicated instructions. i'm so excited about the new challenges XD pixlr is also what i use for wordsearches btw, works great :D
