Alright, I'm annoyed!
I am annoyed that GOLTV Canada is NOT showing my Saturday night Colombian games on time. They are not being simulcast with the American show and so much of my enjoyment is e-mailing the hosts during the matches. It hasn't been the same since Pablo Alsina left and even though he's kept in touch I cannot access his new network, Mun2 from here! While I love Rafa Uncein and Phil Schoen, it's not the same without Pablo and the simulcasts! I still love the league, though. So much drama and always entertaining. Like Agustin Julio's impromptu washroom break (or whatever caused him to dash off the pitch into the tent in the middle of the match) the other night. And that Deportivo Cali - Nacional game was something else! But I don't want to see the matches two days after the fact!
And why isn't anyone showing the Mexican Liga? It's very good, the players are very fast like in Colombia, and I enjoy seeing them when I can! But nobody is showing the games for pete's sake! And when the Argentine Primera starts next weekend I want to see that too!
I am pissed that there are so few good footy photos anymore! I hope that the dearth ends when the new seasons begin in Europe and Argentina. Yet there is so much going on in the transfer window that there should be more news, more photos and information, like there was during the World Cup. Why has everyone disappeared?
Some of the team sites suck and these are big teams! Come on guys, why should good information etc., be left for the fan sites to publish? There are some exceptions, but mostly the sites are poor where they used to be good! I am looking at YOU especially, Real Madrid! Where are the photos? Where are the videos? We want to watch training videos and funny pictures! Has all of Spain shut down for the month of August?
Today is a bank holiday and I have nothing to do. Nobody is at home, they've all gone out except me. I could go outside and weed...god knows the garden needs it. But it's too hot and I have an allergy headache already from the window being open last night. I could do housework, but just the thought makes me want to vomit. I'm just not into it today. I thought about baking banana bread to use up the two black, fruit-fly attracting bananas on my kitchen counter, but again the heat makes me not want the oven on. I could sit and read my book for awhile...The Angel's Game by Carlos Ruiz Zafon, but this headache is preventing me atm. Maybe I should just fight through it. Surprisingly, it is not hurting my head to work on the computer. *sigh* But I am having trouble focusing.
Obviously I am bored. I'm going for coffee.
