Claudio Pizarro - has he had a nose job?

After a discussion with a flister about whether or not Claudio Pizarro's nose looked as if he'd had surgery on it, I decided to go hunting for pictures that might prove it. Here are some pics of Claudio when he was younger, as well as pics of him now. I find the results rather inconclusive, however on some pics his nose does look different than it used to.

And I did find some evidence of a facial injury in 2004 for which he required surgery. This is from his Wiki page:

In the Copa América 2004 when playing for the Peruvian National team he suffered a fractured skull, when he took an elbow to the head in an on-field collision during a 3–1 win over Venezuela which forced him out of the Copa America and required extensive surgery in Germany.[6] He was not able to play for over three months after the incident.

I also wonder all the time if someone looks different or the pic just turned out weird. now i know whom to consult in case of doubt:) (hope it won't be about roma's nose ;_; his beautiful face has somehow had very little damage *knock on wood* really i only remember this: http://cs275.userapi.com/u2003367/44657034/x_f7ebaa39.jpg he said he was typing an sms and got hit by the door! XDDDDD idk how true it is lololol)

Yeah...in the first pic which is the most recent of Claudio, his nose has a concave shape, whereas it is convex in the next 3 (older) pics.

LOL @ the Roma story! He is such a funny guy and I think most ppl don't appreciate this side of him. ;) XD

In the first and most recent pic, Claudio's nose looks concave. In the next 3, older pics, it has a convex shape! But it's not that easy to spot. ;)

In the first pic (most recent) his nose looks concave. In the others it looks convex (has a sort of bump on it). But it's hard to see it. ;)

That's so weird, because his nose looks the OPPOSITE to what I showed...the convex nose pics are AFTER the concave ones! ?????????

It's a puzzle for sure! O_O

He has a secret twin. They can only be told apart by the curve of their nose. *nods*
