A SMALL RANDOM PICSPAM
Here are some funny/interesting pics that I collected over the past few days/weeks that I couldn't fit into other posts, so I'm showing them here. LOL. Hope you like.
This first one is just from today. Barcelona's president Joan Laporta, is announcing Barca's new kit for next season. I noticed that the poster has Leo Messi, Bojan Krkic, Rafa Marquez, Carles Puyol and Andres Iniesta modelling the new gear. It really will be a new era for Barcelona. I can't wait to watch them! I might like Barca this year. LOL.
Staying with Barca, they have signed Martin Caceres of Uruguay. He's really cute, and caught my eye on the Uruguay NT as well as at Recreativo Huelva, where he played last season. He was on loan from Villareal, which I find curious that they didn't use him. However, they sold him to Barca and that will be Barca's gain. XD
Speaking of transfers (or potential transfers) of some of my favourite players, it is rumoured that Arsenal FC of London, England is interested in Augusto Fernandez of River Plate. Here's a pic of Augusto. His nickname is 'El Negro'.
And my favourite GK hottie from Argentina, Fabian Assmann of Independiente, is rumoured to be going to Sporting Lisbon in Portugal. *squeeeeees* Here is Fabi.
Speaking of Argentina, this is Diego Buonanotte of River Plate. He's only 5 feet 1 inch tall (or 159 cm) but he tore up the pitch this season with his amazing talent and helped his team win the Clausura. However, I find this pic a little scary. O_O
And here's an Argentine currently enjoying his holiday. LOL. Carlos Tevez singing in a nightclub with someone called 'La Mona' in Cordoba, Argentina. I don't know why this bugs me, except why isn't Carlitos playing with the NT???
Lastly, I was happy to hear that Roberto Rossetti will referee the final game of the Euros. While some of the Euro refs pissed me off (notably Fandel) I love Rossetti. He seems like such a nice guy, is very personable and is one of the fairest refs around, IMO.
Okay, now this is really, really random, but I know some of you will be cheering for Rafa Nadal at Wimbledon, so I thought I'd post a pic. I think this one is really cute. It's of Rafa leaving his dressing room at the French Open on Jun 13th.
