GERMANY VS AUSTRALIA

WHAT a match! WHAT a team!

Germany 4 - 0 Australia





Schweini with Mesut Oezil.



Tim Cahill vs Philipp Lahm.



Holger Badstuber vs Brett Emerton.



Sami Khedira vs Lucas Neill.



Sami was great.





Sami tries a header.



Sami thought he was fouled in the box.



Lukas Podolski scored the first goal.









Miroslav Klose scored the second.







Cacau and Thomas Mueller scored the next two.















Tim Cahill pulled out of a challenge on Schweini when he realized he wouldn't get the ball. He was still red-carded. Schweini said later he didn't think that was fair.







Per Mertesacker and Arne Friedrich were terrific in defense.

Lucas Neill is pretty frustrated.



Harry Kewell and teammate can only stretch and watch.



Now this is interesting. After the match Schweini trades shirts.



Then he goes over to Holger Badstuber who is sitting on the bench.





Then...how cute is this???

They did get a couple of bad calls but to be honest, they were not a match for the German guys. But who knows? The Aussies could play very well their next two games!
